Inspired by the principle that "each region has its own traditions, each region has its own wines", since the late 1960s, ZONIN1821 has selected unique terroirs, so that today the company has an area of viticulture of around 2,000 hectares, which employs a team of 32 oenologists and agronomists. The area consists of nine vineyards located in Italy's seven finest wine regions, as well as one property in the United States, Barboursville Vineyards in Virginia.

Different production areas, each with its own specific terroir and its own characteristics. Climate and morphology, together with the experience and professional skills of agronomists and oenologists, as well as the choice of dynamic business strategies, constitute the primary values on which the company's philosophy is based.
