Bruno Paillard - Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut

Beautiful nose with a strong emphasis on yellow apples and fresh, ripe pear. The palate is generous with a soft texture and mousse. Almost tender, this is a lovely, delicate expression of Chardonnay with the naturally high acidity of CH in check with fruit and minerality. Outstanding.
