Deep suit. Beautiful, well-developed and deep nose, still with lots of juicy red berries. Clearly barrel aged with notes of nuts. Overall more elegant and well-balanced than Margaret's Ambonnay. Although the champagne is without dosage, it does not feel dry. Everything has just fallen right into place here. Sapience has a special energy that always goes straight into my legs and makes it one of my absolute favorite champagnes. New Year's orgasm. Søren Frank - December 2019
