Rare and fabulous lot of Nebbiolo Oltrepò Pavese by Negrotto Giustiniani. In the ancient and magnificent cellars located at the foot of the Castle of Retorbido, restructured to adapt to modern commercial activity, the varied winemaking processes begin. The construction of the large cellars dates back to the 12th century and thanks to the careful recovery work of the old walls which took place at the beginning of the 1900s by the Marquis Durazzo and his wife Marquise Matilde, they now bear a priceless heritage. The experience will lead you to admire this historical heritage emphasized by the "infernotto", i.e. the small private cellar where you keep the rarest and most valuable bottles belonging to the Marquises.
