MM makes classic Mosel Riesling in Kesten a little south of Bernkastel. He also does experiments with e.g. OMG and WTF. Here it is a classic spontaneously fermented cabinet from the acid-rich 2017 vintage. It opens with a scratchy spontaneous note. But give it a few hours or 2-3 years, then the fruit stall will open. Wonderful wine at an affordable price. In OCC and stored properly.
