Coteaux Champenois is one of France's most overlooked appellations, still red wine from Champagne's own vineyards, without the bubbles. Émilien Feneuil took over the family's 2.5 hectares in 2006, converted to biodynamic cultivation and sold his grapes for six years before making his first wine in 2015. His fields are like a forest: fruit and nut trees grow between the vines. The wines are fermented spontaneously and made with minimal sulfur. Vinified and aged in wooden barrels. Pinot Meunier as a still red wine is a rarity even in Champagne.

Stored in a basement with a good storage climate. Can be picked up in Nørrebro or by appointment in Copenhagen.
