Barbaresco Asili Cà del Baio Cru, prodotto nel comune di Barbaresco su terreno calcareo-argilloso, dopo la raccolta segue la fermentazione sulle bucce in vasche di acciaio termo-condizionate per 60 giorni circa. Il vino matura per 24 mesi in legno, parte in botti grandi di rovere e parte in tonneaux francesi. Affina in bottiglia per 6 mesi .Un Barbaresco morbido ed elegante già dopo la messa in commercio, grandi prospettive di longevità.
