Cult orange wine from a small plot at 350 meters altitude that Patrick Uccelli has with old vines. Made from the Souvignier Gris grape. Grown biodynamically and the yield kept low for greater intensity. Is macerated on the skins for approx. 14 days before being pressed and aged in old 500 liter oak barrels for 11 months before release.
