The absolute superstar in dry Riesling is Klaus-Peter Keller. Since he took over the reins in the cellar in 2001, the wines at Keller have reached an incredibly high level. Klaus-Peter's wine philosophy is completely focused on soils. He is not interested in primary fruit, but instead in cultivating the vineyards' strongest possible mineral and finesse, so that his wines achieve the greatest possible aromatic depth.
