When PYCM went solo in 2003, father Marc Colin divided his domain into 4 pieces for his 4 children. Only in 2016 did Joseph go solo with his 1/4 part. However, it has effectively - and constantly - been he who has made the wines from Domaine Marc Colin, with siblings Damien and Caroline Colin in more commercial roles.
Chassagne has tons of 1st cru, but Caillerets is in the belt of the best. A large terroir from a large manufacturer in a large vintage.
