Marc Soyard has (besides Cras summer in collaboration with Dijon municipality) quite a few, very small plots himself. Hermaïon outside Ladoix, Hautes-Cotes and a bit of Pommard.

Soyard found his style through 6 years of working with Jean-Yves Bizot himself, where he worked his way up to a position as manager in the field, while Jean-Yves was in charge in the basement.
