As of the 2019 vintage, Sebastien has expanded the domain from 4.6ha to 8ha. There is a bit of Aligoté, a bit of Gevrey and 2 large plots in Hautes-Côtes that have been added. It IS domain wines.
Due to Covid, there have been no visits to Cathiard, so no professional has said on these cuves yet. It does not get more exciting from a top 5 domaine in Burgundy!
