Bodegas Tradicion Amontillado VORS is a sherry made from 100% Palomino Fino.
Tapped when it has reached an average age of 45 years! Approximately 4,000 bottles are bottled each year in the iconic "jerezana" bottle with wax seal and hand numbering.
Color: Mahogany golden
Scent: Deep complex. Maritime and salty notes, roasted almonds, smoked meats and rum.
Taste notes: dry and filled with salt and umami. Nutty
Suitable for oriental dishes, salted or smoked fish.
Bodegas Tradicion has decided that the sherry should not be cooled filtered or added to caramel or sulphites.
