A relatively rare cuvee from the Domaine des Lambrays. An exceptionally good terroir expression, which is welcomed with the otherwise heavy and warm vintages on red. Slight reduction and primarily red fruit. 100% stalked and 33% new oak.
Yield of a paltry 28 hl / ha gives a nice concentration.
