Unique bottle only made 1375 bottles / 1.25 hectares
A mound consisting almost entirely of sand. The field is located on the south-east side of a hill that terminates the local gravel pit. They stopped the excavation when they came across a bit of clay, which is what the plants are grown on. This terroir is extreme with its only 30 cm topsoil of humus and very little clay. Below there is only sand and gravel with a total absence of groundwater. The field is at the top of the landscape with a slope of 20%.
