Dom Ruinart Rosè 1986

Rare bottle of Champagne Dom Ruinart Rosè from 1986 also accompanied by the original box Fascinating on the nose even if not very intense, designed by fine fruity sweetness (raspberry) in a simple but very fresh context, so much so that it does not make one think of the 27th birthday. Even the taste is rather simple, that is immediate, very straight, still with a very delicate fruitiness. It seems to want to sacrifice complexity for accessibility. On the other hand, the vintage was what it was, so in this it proves to be very consistent.
