Domaine Trintignant Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2011

This is above average in popularity for wines from Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Furthermore, this wine has been getting more popular over the past year. This wine is hard to find. This wine ages so well. It was purchased from the family owned vineyard store in the middle of chateauneuf-du-Pape, France. Since I tried it 2 years ago, it has opened up to an almost violet essence, juicy raspberry and nice tannins with a subtle subtle finish.
