Domaine Marc Morey & Fils Bâtard-Montrachet 2022

Located halfway between the communes of Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet, Bâtard-Montrachet is one of the most famous Grand Crus of the Côte d’Or. The vines develop their roots in a not very thick brown soil, ideal for growing Chardonnay. Bernard Mollard, current owner of Domaine Marc Moray, vinifies his whites according to tradition: manual harvesting, direct pressing and malolactic fermentation before maturation.
