Winehog: 95p og 3 hjerter: One of the highlights is the Gevrey-Chambertin Aux Combottes 2019, a hedonistic treasure coming from 98-year-old vines. On the bouquet, redcurrant, strawberries, and pomegranate are perfumed with notes of Scandinavian cloudberries. On the palate, the wine is intensely vivacious, coming from a plot near Latricieres-Chambertin. This is such a hedonistic treasure, and a vin d’emotion!
