Nyeste årgang fra Le Moine. ------------ Winemaker Notes Unlike most wines in this category, Lucien Le Moine’s Bourgogne Rouge is sourced from village vineyards in the Côte D’Or, resulting in a serious, structured wine. We recommend decanting it 30 minutes ahead. Deep, ruby color leads to a rich and complex nose of black cherries and earth, with intense fruit flavors and an endless finish. The tannins are rich but supple, polished by nearly two years’ aging in wood. A brilliant Bourgogne Rouge – it transcends the category.
