Louis Roederer Cristal 1975

Rare bottle of Cristal Louis Roederer from 1975 Produced exclusively in the best vintages, Cristal is Louis Roederer's flagship. 1975 is at full maturity but remains fascinating and intriguing. The profile is aromatic and characterized by spices, orange jam and dried flowers. On the palate it still exhibits a good concentration of flavor and the distinctive Cristal sign. Pale amber color, lots of toasted almonds, honey, hazelnut and orange peel, sweet caramel. Full bodied with just a few very fine bubbles and a very long velvety finish a little oxidised, but still reasonably tasty
