I anledning af, at ShareWine snart fylder 7 år, kan vi med stor glæde annoncere, at vores store fødselsdagssmagning er lige om hjørnet.
Der er som altid lagt op til et brag af en gastronomisk aften og vinsmagning med et batteri af fede flasker, som vi skal nørde i nogle nøje sammensatte dueller.
Ta’ dine bedste vin-venner under armen, overrask din bedre halvdel eller kom i egen høje person.
Aftenen vil byde på den traditionsrige langbordsmiddag i godt selskab af andre vinelskere på altid legendariske Enomania. Som jo må siges at være lidt et stamsted for vores fødselsdagssmagninger, men hvorfor ændre noget der bare spiller? Vi er mange der elsker at komme på denne "institution" og nyde godt af den varme service, gode stemning, og ikke mindst maden! Har du endnu ikke besøgt Enomania, kan du godt se frem til at smage byens mest velsmagende italienske køkken med klassiske dyder og fokus på rene, sublime råvarer. Der venter både snacks og en 4 retters menu sammensat til aftenens vine.
Vi har virkelig kælet for line-up'et, som består af en kavalkade af vores personlige favoritproducenter i både Champagne, Bourgogne og Piemonte. Der er en del sjældne sager i blandt og hvem ved… om der gemmer sig lidt flere overraskelser i ærmet. Det plejer der jo

On the occasion of ShareWine's 7th anniversary, we are very pleased to announce that our big birthday tasting is just around the corner.
As always, we are planning a great gastronomic evening and wine tasting with a battery of great bottles that we will be nerding out in some carefully composed duels.
Grab your best wine friends, surprise your better half or come in your own style.
The evening will feature the traditional long table dinner in good company of other wine lovers at the always legendary Enomania. Which must be said to be a bit of a staple for our birthday tastings, but why change something that just works? Many of us love coming to this "institution" and enjoying the warm service, great atmosphere, and not least the food! If you haven't visited Enomania yet, you can look forward to tasting the city's tastiest Italian cuisine with classic virtues and a focus on pure, sublime ingredients. Snacks and a 4-course menu compiled for the evening's wines await.
We have really loved the line-up, which consists of a cavalcade of our personal favorite producers in Champagne, Burgundy and Piedmont. There are quite a few rare items in between and who knows… maybe there are a few more surprises up our sleeve. There usually are

In occasione del settimo anniversario di ShareWine, siamo lieti di annunciare che la nostra grande degustazione di compleanno è alle porte.
Come sempre, stiamo organizzando una fantastica serata gastronomica e una degustazione di vini con una serie di ottime bottiglie che assaggeremo in alcuni duelli attentamente composti.
Chiama i tuoi migliori amici amanti del vino, sorprendi la tua dolce metà o scegli il tuo stile.
La serata sarà caratterizzata dalla tradizionale cena a tavola in compagnia di altri amanti del vino presso il leggendario Enomania. Che, bisogna ammetterlo, è un punto fermo per le nostre degustazioni di compleanno, ma perché cambiare qualcosa che funziona? Molti di noi adorano venire in questa "istituzione" e apprezzare il servizio cordiale, l'atmosfera fantastica e, non da ultimo, il cibo! Se non avete ancora visitato Enomania, non vedete l'ora di assaggiare la cucina italiana più gustosa della città, con virtù classiche e un'attenzione particolare a ingredienti puri e sublimi. Vi aspettano stuzzichini e un menù di 4 portate studiato appositamente per i vini della serata.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto la selezione, che comprende una selezione dei nostri produttori preferiti di Champagne, Borgogna e Piemonte. Ci sono anche alcune rarità e chissà... forse abbiamo qualche altra sorpresa in serbo. Di solito ce ne sono.
Non vediamo l'ora di condividere l'intera esperienza con voi che condividete la nostra passione. Perché, come diciamo sempre... il buon vino si condivide! E cibo e compagnia vanno naturalmente di pari passo.

Nombre d'entre nous apprécient ce lieu emblématique pour son accueil chaleureux, son ambiance conviviale et, bien sûr, sa cuisine ! Si vous n'avez pas encore eu l'occasion de découvrir Enomania, préparez-vous à savourer la cuisine italienne la plus savoureuse de la ville, alliant tradition et excellence à des ingrédients purs et raffinés. Des amuse-bouches et un menu quatre services, spécialement conçu pour accompagner les vins de la soirée, vous seront proposés.
Nous avons vraiment adoré la sélection, qui réunit une pléiade de nos producteurs préférés de Champagne, de Bourgogne et du Piémont. On y trouve aussi quelques pépites rares et qui sait… peut-être nous réservons-nous d’autres surprises.
Nous avons hâte de partager cette expérience avec vous, qui partagez notre passion. Car comme on dit souvent… Le bon vin est fait pour être partagé ! Et la bonne chère et la convivialité vont naturellement de pair.
