Collection 242 is a beautiful luxury cuvée blended from different vintages from legendary Louis Roederer, known for the flagship, Cristal. Always stored in wine cellar since release. Perfect condition. The price is for 6 pieces in original boxes.
The base year for this cuvée is 2017, with 42% Chardonnay, 36% Pinot Noir and 22% Pinot Meunier. Reserve wines make up 12% from 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2016. Collection 242 differs from Brut Premier by having an increased proportion of reserve wines and vintages, which gives a more complex taste.
