Barbaresco Elvio Pertinace 1969

3 Bottles of Barbaresco vintage 1969 from the Vignaioli winery "Elvio Pertinace" of Treiso Precious and important dry red wine, noble and austere, obtained from the vinification, with long maceration, of perfectly ripe grapes, strictly selected coming exclusively from their own vineyards. It is a wine of great structure, good alcohol content and great harmony. Excellent accompaniment for important dishes, grilled meats, game and cheeses. Aging takes place for one year in traditional medium-capacity Slavonian oak barrels. The vinification from selected grapes are harvested when fully ripe and immediately sent to vinification. The fermentation of the must in contact with the skins lasts for 10-12 days with frequent pumping over and vigorous punching down. Particular care for the immediate development of malolactic fermentation. Intense ruby ​​red color with pleasant garnet reflections that accentuate with aging. Intense, spicy, complex bouquet verging on the ethereal, very persistent. The austere taste, with great structure, harmonious and velvety.
