In the vineyard, the yield per hectare is around 40 quintals. In the cellar, the fermentation on the skins lasts 3-4 weeks and takes place in steel tanks, at a temperature of 24-28°C. The aging in wood takes place in barriques for the first 12 months and in large barrels for the remaining 12; before being put on the market, the wine rests in glass for a few months.
