The vineyard where Viña Tondonia Blanco comes from is located on the right bank of the Ebro River, with an altitude between 438 and 489 meters, with planting carried out more than a hundred years ago, in 1913 and 1914, on different lands that range from alluvial to clayey-calcareous with the presence of gravel and boulders. The hundred-year-old vines of Viura and Malvasía with whose grapes the Viña Tondonia Blanco Reserva is made provide finesse and acidity naturally and are the architects of its spectacular longevity. Especially the Viura, which is capable of delivering a extraordinary complexity as it ages. All this gives us an authentic golden oenological jewel for those who know how to appreciate the elegance of the classic style and the complexity that only gives age.A wine ready to be consumed from the moment of purchase or for a long storage. Of this vintage, only 19,000 bottles were produced, with an alcohol content of 12.5%. He was raised for 6 years in barrel subjected to two rackings per year, being bottled at the end without filtering and clarified with fresh egg whites. Its tasting gives us an evolved natural amber colour. Very fine nose, complex, evolved but reminiscent of the fruit to give us a soft, consistent, fine and developed mouthfeel.
