Intense ruby red with light garnet nuances. On the nose it offers aromas of plum jam, sour cherries in alcohol and undergrowth enriched by spicy notes reminiscent of black pepper and chocolate. In the mouth it is warm, soft, with well-pronounced tannins and balanced with acidity. The dense phenolic texture and the return of the fruit in the aftertaste give a pleasant persistence.

Pairings
Tasty dishes such as stewed red meats or game, mixed grills or roasts. Tasty and well-aged hard cheeses.
