The lady behind Louise Brison, Delphine Brulez, has taken the champagne world by storm with her principle of only releasing vintage champagnes that have often been left on the yeast for an extra long time and with low or no dosage at all!

Her 'A l'Aube de la Côte des Bar' is 50/50 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, aged for 9 months in oak, bottled in June 2017 and disgorged after 64 months in November 2022 with only 2 g/l dosage! Huge wine for the price...

The bottle can be picked up in Brøndbyvester or Søborg, or it can be sent via ShareWine's shipping solution.
