Burmester is today one of the oldest port wine houses and has a long and beautiful history behind it. Made from the traditional grapes from the Douro area. Typical amber color for an old port wine. The aroma and taste are elegant with notes of dried fruits, nuts and spices. Pleasant port wine with lots of body and sweetness. Long and pleasant aftertaste. Is ready to drink now and can be stored for approx. 10 years from the year of bottling. Perfect for desserts, but also for cheese and Asian dishes.
