Château Rocheyron 2015 is a sublime Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, created by Peter Sisseck – the man behind the legendary Pingus – and his partner Silvio Denz. This vintage is an expression of world-class finesse, balance and terroir. The wine is made from organically grown grapes and consists mainly of Merlot with a small proportion of Cabernet Franc.
The 2015 vintage was an exceptional vintage in Bordeaux, and Château Rocheyron manages to capture the optimal maturity and elegance that characterizes the area in this particular year.

Tasting notes:
• Color: Deep, ruby red with purple hues
• Nose: Intense bouquet of dark berries, ripe cherries, graphite and a touch of spices and violets
• Taste: Silky tannins, full-bodied structure and a long, elegant finish with notes of dark fruit and lightly toasted oak
Maturation potential: Ready to drink now, but can be stored for another 10–15 years under good conditions
