Buisson Renard is a pure Sauvignon Blanc from the Pouilly Fumè area, the homeland of this splendid grape variety.
It is produced through vinification in barriques followed by a long refinement in the same barrel.
The nose is delicate yet highly complex, with notes of citrus and aromatic herbs, and a mineral, minty finish. On the palate, it's a memorable wine; the use of wood is not at all invasive and further enhances the fresh, savory palate; the finish is very long.
