Exceptional Rioja, released almost 10 years after harvesting grapes from vines over 100 years old. It is a truly special experience in a class otherwise only found among the greatest wines.
The wine has received 98 points from Suckling and 97 points from Atkin - both in the 2010 vintage which is sold here.
Big and complex, but also polished and silky wine that peaks between 2026 and 2031 and therefore in absolute top form - but also great aging potential
The wine was purchased in 2019 when it was released and has been stored in the refrigerator since (13 gr)
