Top class champagne with a bit of maturity. Cazé-Thibaut makes fantastic champagnes. Les Leriens is made from Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and a little pinot noir. The house is becoming more and more hyped. The wine is fermented in old barrels and aged for 48 months sur lattes. this cuvée is disgorged March 7, 2023 - 1.8gr/L dosage
