Beskrivelse
Ud over noter fra fadlagringen kan duften byde på aromaer af citrusfrugter. Smagen rummer tropiske og kandiserede frugter, mens honninglignende toner og sød mandarinsmag også træder frem. Vinen kendetegnes ved stor kompleksitet og et langt lagringspotentiale.
Mezőzombor – Galambos vinmark
Jorden er typisk brun skovjord, men der forekommer også pletter af løss. Undergrunden er rhyolit, som næsten fuldstændigt er dækket af rhyolittufa.
Tarcal – Terézia vinmark
Jorden er en optimal blanding af løss og brun skovjord, som hviler på rhyolitundergrund, men på en perlittop.
Vækstcyklus
Efter lang tid oplevede vi en rigtig kontinentalkold januar. Temperaturen faldt ofte under minus 10 grader, dog var nedbøren meget lav. Foråret blev kun langsomt varmere, og maj var stadig køligere end normalt. Regnen i september var gunstig for dannelsen af botrytis (ædel råd). Den ædle råd opstod ret tidligt på drueklaserne. Kvaliteten af druerne var fremragende.

Description
In addition to notes from barrel aging, the nose can offer aromas of citrus fruits. The taste contains tropical and candied fruits, while honey-like tones and sweet mandarin flavors also come to the fore. The wine is characterized by great complexity and a long aging potential.
Mezőzombor – Galambo's vineyard
The soil is typically brown forest soil, but there are also patches of loess. The subsoil is rhyolite, which is almost completely covered by rhyolite tuff.
Tarcal – Terézia vineyard
The soil is an optimal mix of loess and brown forest soil, which rests on a rhyolite substratum, but on a perlite top.
Growth cycle
After a long time, we experienced a really cold continental January. The temperature often dropped below minus 10 degrees, but the rainfall was very low. Spring only slowly warmed up, and May was still cooler than normal. The rain in September was favorable for the formation of botrytis (noble rot). The noble rot appeared quite early on the grape bunches. The quality of the grapes was excellent.

Descrizione
Oltre alle note derivanti dall'affinamento in botte, al naso si percepiscono aromi di agrumi. Al gusto si percepiscono note di frutta tropicale e candita, con note mielate e dolci aromi di mandarino. Il vino è caratterizzato da una grande complessità e da un lungo potenziale di invecchiamento.
Mezőzombor – Vigneto di Galambo
Il suolo è tipicamente bruno, tipico delle foreste, ma sono presenti anche chiazze di loess. Il sottosuolo è costituito da riolite, quasi completamente ricoperto da tufo riolitico.
Vigneto Tarcal – Terézia
Il terreno è un mix ottimale di loess e terreno bruno forestale, che poggia su un substrato di riolite, ma su uno strato superiore di perlite.
Ciclo di crescita
Dopo tanto tempo, abbiamo avuto un gennaio continentale davvero freddo. Le temperature sono spesso scese sotto i -10 gradi, ma le precipitazioni sono state molto scarse. La primavera si è riscaldata solo lentamente, e maggio è stato ancora più fresco del normale. Le piogge di settembre hanno favorito la formazione di botrite (muffa nobile). La muffa nobile è comparsa abbastanza presto sui grappoli. La qualità delle uve è stata eccellente.

Outre les notes issues de l'élevage en fût, le nez offre des arômes d'agrumes. En bouche, on retrouve des notes de fruits tropicaux et confits, ainsi que des notes de miel et de mandarine douce. Ce vin se caractérise par une grande complexité et un long potentiel de garde.
Mezőzombor – Le vignoble de Galambo
Le sol est typiquement brun forestier, mais on y trouve également des parcelles de loess. Le sous-sol est rhyolitique, presque entièrement recouvert de tuf rhyolitique.
Vignoble Tarcal – Terézia
Le sol est un mélange optimal de loess et de sol forestier brun, qui repose sur un substrat de rhyolite, mais sur un dessus de perlite.
Cycle de croissance
Après une longue période, nous avons connu un mois de janvier continental très froid. Les températures sont souvent descendues sous -10 degrés, mais les précipitations ont été très faibles. Le printemps s'est lentement réchauffé et le mois de mai a été encore plus frais que la normale. Les pluies de septembre ont favorisé la formation de botrytis (pourriture noble). La pourriture noble est apparue assez tôt sur les grappes. La qualité des raisins était excellente.
