Made from 100% Chardonnay from old vines at lieu dit "les Enseignères" (30 and 80 years old respectively), located in the southern part of Puligny-Montrachet immediately adjacent to the Grand Cru Bâtard Montrachet. Harvested by hand and aged for 15-18 months in barrels - of which approximately 20% are new.
Stored in a wine refrigerator at 12 degrees. The price is per bottle and both bottles are being bid on.
