To celebrate the release of the 25th Bond film, Champagne Bollinger has produced a Limited Edition Champagne from the 2011 vintage. This extraordinary year inspired the cellar master to create a unique Champagne made entirely of Pinot Noir from a single field in the village of Aÿ. This is the first time that Bollinger has created a cuvée exclusively from this historic cru, where the house has had its location since its foundation in 1829. The extraordinary harvest in 2011 provided perfect conditions for the Pinot Noir grape.
