Romain Henin is perhaps one of the most hyped producers in Champagne right now!
Here it is his "base champagne", which consists of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from the 2015 harvest in the Grand Cru area of Aÿ. 4g/l dosage and disgorged 6 October 2021.

Again, the bottle can only be picked up in the Vejle/Fredericia area or sent via Sharewine's shipping solution.
If it is to be picked up in Søborg or Brøndbyvester, it may take 1-2 months.
