The man behind Vouette & Sorbée has teamed up with Benoit Doussot to make Terroir-driven champagne, and this one comes from the Aube region, made from 100% Pinot Noir from the 2018 harvest with zero dosage and disgorged on October 18, 2020.

Again, the bottle can only be picked up in the Vejle/Fredericia area or sent via Sharewine's shipping solution.
If it is to be picked up in Søborg or Brøndbyvester, it may take 1-2 months.
