Minière F & R are a pair of brothers who were only ready to release their own champagnes in 2014, but don't be fooled... They are the 4th generation of the house that only previously sold the grapes - and one brother worked with Anselme Selosse in two harvests in the late 90s!
Here a set of their Blanc de Blancs 'Blanc Absolu', which is made from 75-80% of this year's harvest (here 2016 and 2017), and the rest is reserve wine from the previous year. All the Chardonnay grapes come from one field 'Les Grands Blancs', come in oak barrels and spend 3-5 years on the yeast.

Again, the bottles can only be picked up in the Vejle/Fredericia area or sent via Sharewine's shipping solution.
If they are to be picked up in Søborg or Brøndbyvester, it may well take 1-2 months.
