100% Chardonnay udelukkende høstet fra Grand Cru marker på Côtes de Blanc. 5% af vinen fadgæres (33% nye fade) og modner efterfølgende i 4 måneder inden den endelige cuvée sammenstikkes, tappes på flaske og efter den fornyede gæring modner mindst 108 måneder frem mod disgorgement og en efterhånden beskeden dosage. Opbevaret i vinkøleskab ved 12 grader siden frigivelse.
