Started in 2019, which was also their first vintage, where they themselves own a total of approx. 1.6 hectares of vineyards in both Beaune, Pommard, Volnay and now also Puligny.

This Coteaux Bourguignon, also known as Passsetoutgrain, consists of 50% Pinot Noir from the Côte de Beaune, bought from a partner, 50% of which is whole bunches. In addition, 50% Gamay from their own field in Pommard, where the canes are around 80 years old, with 100% whole bunches.
