Paul Pillot Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2021

After the son, Thierry, has taken over the domain, things have gone fast for Paul Pillot on the way to stardom.

Located in Chassagne-Montrachet, it is clearly the white wines that take up the most space and have garnered the greatest praise, but the red wines are also of extremely high quality.
The regular Bourgogne Rouge comes from more than 50-year-old canes in Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay. Here in the beautiful, more classic and cool 2021 vintage.
