Blend of 50% Pinot Meunier and 50% Pinot Noir in which 10% quiet red wine is added. (Dosage: 10 g / l) The nose is with red berries, flowers and spices. The taste is intense with a good firm structure and a long aftertaste. Good for aperitifs and fatty fish dishes. Drink now and approx. 4 years from purchase.
