Krug Grande Cuvée 167 Edition is, as in previous years, made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The total cuvée is composed of 140 wines from the years 1995-2011. It is aged in small barrels, which gives it the classic nutty finish. This cuvée was disgorged in 2017.
Grande Cuvee is Krug Champagne's Non-Vintage Champagne, composed of up to 50 different base wines from between 6-10 different vintages. Grande Cuvee is Krug Champagne's stylish "Signature Champagne" that has a nice balance between freshness and finesse in relation to how powerful and full-bodied the Champagne is.
