Sottimano is becoming an increasingly recognized producer in Piedmont, and for good reason.
Located on the Cottá field itself, they primarily make wines from fields in the area around Nieve. Sottimano has a fondness for the wines of Burgundy, which is why the style of the wines reflects this. They are wines with a silky elegance and a crisp, mineral character, which makes them enormously complex.
