A rare and terroir-driven wine from Comte Liger-Belair in Vosne-Romanée. La Colombière is a lieu-dit near Clos du Château and is produced with the same care as the house's Grand Cru wines.
The wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir and vinified with whole bunches and minimal intervention. The 2020 vintage was warm but balanced, and here the wine appears with juicy red berries, floral notes and delicate spice. The barrel character is discreet and the structure is silky smooth.
