Organically certified and biodynamically grown.

Maceration with whole bunches (80%), spontaneous fermentation, 12 months in barriques, no fining or filtering, just pure power. Bottled with a little sulfur.

Can - and should - lie for many years.

Perfect bottle, always stored properly.
