This wine is made from Nebbiolo and Barbera grapes from the Piedmont region of northern Italy. The wine is aged for months on grass before bottling. The color is a beautiful ruby red.
The nose is strongly aromatic of ripe and sweet fruit and dried berries. The taste is juicy, full-bodied and robust which should be oxygenated before serving. It is a wine for large meat dishes with tasty sauces.
Net content: 150 cl = 12 glasses
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
So it's the large 1.5 L bottle, which is a rare find on the market.
