An exciting micro-project by Koji Nakada and Jae Hwa Bahk, working with organically grown old Pinot Noir vines in Burgundy. Minimal intervention in the cellar with whole bunches, spontaneous fermentation and used barrels. The 2019 shows ripe red fruit, herbal spice and a vibrant acidity profile, with clean, undisturbed fruit and great terroir expression.
