Made from 62% Pinot Noir, 28% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier. Disgorged in 2024 and with minimal dosage, 2.5 g/l.
The base is 2020 with 50% reserve wine from previous vintages. The grapes come from Premier Cru vineyards in Villers Allerand, Bouzy and Ecueil.
Aged for 9 months, no malolactic fermentation and 3 years on the lees.
Perfect bottles, always stored properly.
